Important information
- When entering Monserrate Hill, you can enjoy a free tour around the hill. Walk the Via Crucis, visit the Monserrate Basilica, enjoy local cuisine at the official restaurants, and be amazed by the best view of Bogotá.
- The average duration of the visit is approximately 2 to 4 hours, depending on your interests, available time, and the lines to access the transport systems.
- Children under 100 cm tall do not require a ticket for transportation. Minors must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- The digital ticket with the QR code is necessary to board the cable transport systems and must be presented to our operations staff.
- When purchasing your tickets on our website, you will not need to go to the ticket office. Go directly to the online sales access line and present your QR code to board the Funicular or Cable Car.
- The ticket is valid only for the day of the visit. The selected date corresponds to your visit day and cannot be changed.
- The selected time is exclusively for ascending and will be valid up to one hour after the indicated time slot. If you arrive outside of this time, you must enter through the in-person sales line.
- Cable transport services on Monserrate Hill may be carried out via the funicular or cable car, depending on the schedules, availability, and needs set by the company. The selected time slot may also be subject to changes and/or modifications due to unexpected visitor influx or operational limitations.
- A Teleférico staff member will verify the validity of your identity document to apply the corresponding discounts. If the requirements are not met, no refund will be issued, and a new purchase will be required.
